Meet Laura Pethick (Share)
Laura was raised in New Haven County, Connecticut, where she currently resides, with her husband and their two dogs, Gus (the English Bulldog) and Grace (the rescue dog). Laura obtained her undergraduate degree from Union College, and her Law Degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
Laura exclusively represents Connecticut residents who are hurt in accidents. In 2023 and 2024, Laura was nominated as a National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Plaintiff Attorney. Prior to opening Pethick Accident Law LLC, Laura was an attorney for a large defense firm where she defended insurance companies, corporate entities, landowners, and automobile drivers in complex civil litigation matters. Laura also worked for a large Connecticut personal injury firm and a large national injury law firm.
Laura knows how insurance companies evaluate cases, and how to recover as much money as possible for her clients to get her clients back on their feet as quickly as possible. Laura has litigated a wide variety of personal injury cases against negligent drivers and landowners. Over her career, Laura has fought for injury victims to secure six-figure and seven-figure settlements; and has settled over 100 cases in one year.
In 2025, Laura launched Pethick Accident Law LLC to provide Connecticut clients with the expertise of a large law firm but with a more personalized experience close to home where clients are more than just a number.
Laura enjoys training at the gym; practicing yoga; traveling; baking; trying new restaurants; spending time with family and friends; and going on adventures with her husband and their dogs.

Known for a client-first approach, Pastora is committed to delivering high-quality services and fostering strong relationships, making her a valuable asset in any legal setting.

Michelina Petruzziello
Michelina Petruzziello is a rising second-year law student at Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she is building a foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, and. client service. Her academic journey reflects a deep commitment to the justice system and a passion for helping others navigate it.
Michelina earned her Bachelor’s Degree from University of New Hampshire, where she double majored in Psychology and Justice Studies and minored in Forensic Science. She continued her education at UNH, completing a Master’s Degree in Justice Studies the following year.
As a law student, Michelina is eager to gain hands-on experience in various areas of legal practice. She particularly interested in criminal law, family law, and civil litigation. Michelina is eager to gain hands-on legal experience and is committed to building strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
Outside the classroom, Michelina enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, especially during summer weekends at the beach. She also prioritizes wellness and enjoys staying active through Yoga and Pilates.
